These terms apply when you use VoiceNotes at nightingale-voicenotes.web.app, made by Nightingaley Pte. Ltd. (nightingaley.com). By using VoiceNotes you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
What VoiceNotes is
VoiceNotes records a short spoken note, turns it into text with AI (Mandarin, English or a mix), translates it into English, and saves it to a page in your own Microsoft OneNote. It is a small, new service and may change, pause or stop.
Who can use VoiceNotes
You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, please use VoiceNotes with a parent or guardian's knowledge.
Your account
You sign in with a personal Microsoft account. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in and for keeping your account secure.
Free and VoiceNotes Plus
- Free: 30 minutes of recording a month.
- Plus: 5 hours of recording a month, for S$4.90 a month or S$39 a year, charged when you subscribe and then on the same date each month or year, until you cancel. Prices include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- How minutes count: by the length of each recording (up to 5 minutes each). Minutes reset on the 1st of each month (Singapore time); unused minutes don't carry over. A note started while you still have time left is saved in full.
- Payment: processed securely by Stripe. We never see your full card details.
- Cancelling: cancel any time with Manage at the bottom of the app. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Refunds: if you're unhappy within 14 days of a charge, email us and we'll refund it.
- After Plus ends: your notes stay in your OneNote; you're back to 30 free minutes a month.
- Price changes: we'll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your renewal.
AI results
Speech-to-text and translation are done by AI (Google Cloud) and can contain mistakes. Check anything important before relying on it.
Acceptable use
Only record people who know and agree, and follow the law where you are. Do not misuse VoiceNotes: no attempts to break or overload it, get around the limits, access other people's data, or use it unlawfully.
No warranty
VoiceNotes is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, VoiceNotes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for notes that are lost, delayed or wrongly transcribed.
Ending use
You can stop using VoiceNotes at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
